Our Mother/Son Camp-In last Friday was great fun for the boys and their mothers. I mentioned during our gatherings that Gene-o and I had a little fun by pranking the kids with a gorilla costume. This Sunday there is an Adult Fellowship Group for Young Married Couples @ 6pm (here at the church.) Childcare is provided for elementary-aged children. This month’s potluck theme is “Bring Your Favorite Dish.” RSVP to chris@crossroadsofarlington.org.
The $50 deposit is due Wednesday for Preteen Summer Camp. The camp will be at Mt. Lebanon June 4th – 8th, and is open to children in the 3rd – 6th grade. (Mature 2nd graders going into 3rd are allowed.) The theme is “Get in the Game.” Cost is $190. Contact gene-o@crossroadsofarlington.org if you have not yet registered.
Enrollment has begun for our special Summer Mother’s Day Out for children 18 months to 5 years old. The Summer program will be on Tuesdays & Thursdays from June 19 – July 26th. Your child may attend the entire 6 weeks or any 4 weeks of your choosing. Cost for 6 weeks is $165 and 4 weeks is $135. For more details or to enroll, call Rebecca Weiss at 817-235-8749.
