"Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong. Let all that you do be done in love." 1 Corinthians 16: 13-14
The Men’s Ministry at CrossRoads is designed to encourage men to fulfill the role and call that God has placed on us as leaders of our families and in the church. We do this through breakfast gathering, accountability groups and retreats. Proverbs 27:17 tells us that “as iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another”. We take this serious to give men the opportunity to sharpen each other.

Every second Saturday morning of each month at 8:00 am, we gather for fellowship, great food, spiritual insights, and prayer.
We are working through "Stepping Up - Calling Men to Courageous Manhood" at our men's breakfasts this year. The study will conclude at our annual retreat in October.

These are gatherings of men for the purpose of accountability, fellowship and prayer. These meetings usually result in our men becoming transparent with each other, something that does not come natural for men. These meetings are extremely encouraging to the men.
