Worship Leader
Rafe Grigar is not the kind of guy who can pretend that someone else wrote his bio for him, so at this point he will enter into first person narration.
I started off playing guitar and piano for the same reason that every teenage boy does, girls! I soon found out that I still wasn’t cool, but I kept at it. I have felt the Lord’s calling on my life to lead worship for many years now, and I am seeing His will unfold for me in my life as I proceed. I work for several different churches in the DFW area, but I am so happy to call Crossroads my home. I strive to provide a backdrop of music that the Lord might truly be able to move through. I finally found a girl that thought guitar playing was cool and we were married in December 2007, her name is Jessica and she’s the greatest woman on the planet. I am very proud to call her my wife. I am also blessed to play with THE most talented musicians I have ever come in contact with. I also play worship music with the Rafe Grigar Band, as well as some good old fashioned rock and roll with The Roses (aka Rafe and Jess.)
In my spare time I like to nap, hang out with the wifey, nap some more, pray for cooler weather, and then try and invent a refrigerator that I can sleep inside of , cause its way, way, too hot here!
